    This Xbox console/account was permanently suspended following repeated egregious cheating violations. The conduct that led to this suspension includes but is not limited to:

    - Repeated attempts to acquire and/or distribute modifications/hacks

    - Intentionally playing with someone who is using unauthorized software or methods

    - Utilizing unauthorized hardware/software/account modifications to gain an advantage or disrupt the competitive landscape of Xbox Live

    These violations of the Code of Conduct occurred over an extended period of time and established an unambiguous pattern of behavior. When players cheat, the hard work and dedication of many others is diminished. Developers work extremely hard to publish
    quality titles, and players play hard to enjoy them. We are dedicated to preserving the integrity of Xbox Live games, and ensuring they’re played as intended. Continuing with this type of behavior will lead to further enforcement actions, including, but not
    limited to added account and console suspensions.

    As I explained I didn't do any mods or hacks hacks have been done on me on GTA and this message is general I've seen the same replays from you to all user thats not fair can you be specific what did I do wrong ???????

    Sorry to hear this has happened to you, have you tried factory reseting your consoke back to before the xbox update was installed on to it?

    I have done all the troubletroubleshooting it has asked me to do. All it does is saying preparing console and something went wrong. Microsoft says it needs to be sent in for repair. And unfortunately after only a year and a half just don't fly with
    me. Warranty only last a year.
