System Limitation

My son is trying to play Madden 25 Ultimate team live and I keep getting an error that his membership does not allow him to play online due to a membership or system limitation.

He has the Gold account so I don,t know why he can't play online.

Actually, the messaging system does work with silver. There may be limitations, but it does still work.

 

EA requires that anyone playing online must be at least 13 years of age.

 

Why am I not allowed to play online?

 

I Need Help You see I have had Battlefield 4 for a year now and still cannot play it since when I enter the game Instead of a main menu I get a raining city loading screen that never stop loading . I signed into my acount while my internet was off so I was
offline and it worked finally I played a bit of the campaign but I got the game to play online . So I turned back on my internet reconnected and thinking I would be able to play ....... Well No it's say I'm Too Young for online Features Even Though IM 13 .
I know you have to be 13 to play online which I Am so why won't it let me play . I have my real date of birth set on my account so It should work . Thanks a lot EA your Games Never Work For Me . Please Anybody Respond
