System is not connecting to wifi

I understand you need help with your Xbox problem.

If I may ask, what error is it getting when trying to connect with your Wifi?

Can you check if the console connects to another network? Like trying hotspot on your mobile just to isolate where the issue is coming from.

Please also restart your router and see if that helps.

If you are using WiFi to connect to your network hardware try wired ethernet connection instead. You may be getting WiFi signal interference interrupting the system update download.

For me, this tends to happen when I'm playing on my system using wifi, as there is a download running in the background. I have two systems I use in my house, one is straight connected while the other is wifi. On a wifi system, if you stop all downloads
(cancel them), then go to home screen, the problem seems to fix itself, or at least it did for me. I don't recall having this issue with my straight connected system.

I've already looked at that. No amount of port forwarding etc will fix the wifi adaptor on the xbox one failing due to a bug in the February system software update

The problem is the game causing the wifi adaptor to no longer be able to connect to wifi. It doesn't seem to effect wired connections. I've now wired my xbox to a wifi bridge to get round the problem but I shouldn't have to use a wifi bridge.

The problem started with the February system software update. It is not caused by NAT issues

Check your Internet connection on the system and ensure its connected to the WiFi or Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
