System forcing me to subscribe to game pass

Hello

i purchased a game Rocket League while i had my game pass subscription active. The game was purchased at a discount. Now after i did not renew my subscription, i am unable to play the game. I am being directed to the page to subscribe to game pass. If i
decline, i am taken to the home page. I am not allowed the option to pay either the price difference or cancel the purchase.

Microsft does not provide the option to talk to someone to adress this issue.

I appreciate any advice to get this addressed.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this situation. I can totally see how this could be pretty distressing. If the steps previously posted troubleshooting did not do the trick, what I suggest trying a soft

factory reset of the console (the kind that keeps your games installed) then attempting to download it through the store.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

thank you for the advice.. however xbox is still forcing me to purchase game pass. I am not sure if its because i purchased the game at a discount while my subscription was active. Now that i dont have an active subscription they system is trying to make
me subscribe again
