System error

    I have no idea what to do. i dont know when this started but for some reason every time i turn on my xbox it says i have the same amount of friends online and i try refreshing the screen but that does nothing, so i figured it was my internet so i plugged
    in an ethernet cable and that didnt help so then i tried to go to the settings and it popped up that i need to download that app and in order to do that i need internet but to accesses that i need to go into settings... you get the point. so what do i do?

    Should have been only a error in their system or something, i don't think that GameStop would not sell such a system even before the release.

    Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

    DVD giving all the same error and never bother with US Blu Ray.

    Xbox support was not helpful kept saying system was down and call back later.

    Have you already done a hard reset of the xbox and the modem and router ? If yes , and you say you cant access settings to do a factory restore , your only option would be the offline update tool I'm afraid ( works for most but fails for some ) make sure
    to unplug internet if wired or disable router if wireless .....
