System Error on PSO2?

So, as some of you probably know Phantasy Star Online 2 recently launched on Xbox One. My friends and I have been dying to play this game and, much to my disappointment, I cant. Everytime I try to load into a server I immediately get a system error from
the game as it tries to authenticate my account. My friends can play the game fine, and every other game works for me. I've tries hard resetting the console, clearing my MAC (as suggested to me by support), literally nothing works. Any advice?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. What is the error that you are getting? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? any additional information will help us to better assist you.

Appreciate the assistance, though I managed to figure it out finally. Apparently it wasn't able to authenticate my account due to a recent gamertag change (i discovered this when I noticed it was signing me in under my old gamertag and not my new one).
Deleting my profile off of the console and re-downloading it fixed the issue.
