System error E303

Booted up my Xbox one, it lasted a good 10 minutes on the green Xbox logo screen, then went to black screen for another 10 minutes, then I got message pop up System error E303 00000000 8007041D

Console had been working fine for the whole month since I had it.

I was trying to open my Xbox today but I got the message "System error. Contact Xbox Support" with a code below E303 00000000 8007041C

 

Green Loading Screen

I tried that already, I'm in the process of downloading the offline system update diagnostic tool. Also an update, the xbox one finally changed to a different screen...says system error. contact xbox customer support with these numbers at the bottom (assuming
error codes) E303 00000000 8007042C

Are you still receiving this error now? If so, I suggest pressing and holding the power button on your console for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off entirely. Then, unplug the console for 3 minutes before plugging it back in and trying booting
it up again.

Yes I've already tried all the troubleshooting steps with support via chat. He sold me I need to take it to my retailer for replacement.

It's dead, complete system failure. Red ring incident we are talking about here.

 

Hi guys you can also try this steps below to isolate the issue

Please do the following:

1. Remove any game disc on the console.

2.On the console press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn off the console

3. On the console press and hold at the same time the power button and the eject button until you hear a beep sound to trun on the console.

 

i have the same issue and have done all the above and every other troubleshoot available. When holding the power button and the ekect button mine turns on instantly with an instant power up sound, holding it makes no difference but just turns it off

 

if anyone has been able to fix this issue without sending it off for warrantee repairs please let me know

 

From what I've seen, it's a system meltdown error and you have no choice but to send it in for a complete system recovery.

 

I think so too...My Xbox just become the system error today...I'm so down right now and I tried every little *** thing to reboot my console...nothing happened! It's dead...but I got one question left: am I losing my game progress?...when yes...I eat my xbox
up and go to Playstation!
