System error: E200 0000004C 00000000

Hi, I've got this error code.

I've tried restarting, soft resets, power downs etc.

I've also tried, unsuccessfully, the offline reset/update with an NTFS formatted USB stick. The option for this in the trouble shooting screen remains greyed out.

When I restart the xbox or try to partial and factory reset it the 'preparing console' screen appears. The progress bar gets no further than 18% before it fails and returns to the trouble shooting screen.

What is wrong?

What does the error code refer to?

I would suggest hard resetting the console itself holding down the power button and disc drive button until you hear two beeps or something like that i would look on YouTube how to do it correctly. But you are Able to reset the console without waiting for the console to load, also you can boot up into safe mode hopefully this answers some of you're questions.
