Hey thanks for the response. It doesn't trigger an update just an error screen. Also I tried resetting and keeping games and apps but it brought me back to the screen after about a min turned off

Have you tried any of the other options given in that link?

When you turned on the console, did it try and do an update? You may have to reset the console if it keeps coming up even after a restart.

To reset your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, select Reset this Xbox. When prompted, select Keep games and apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
