    I own the original Xbox One console and of recently when i begin to start up my Xbox it displays, "Something went wrong" following two options 'restart this Xbox' 'Troubleshoot', I've tried each one but let me explain, when i 'Restart' my Xbox it put me back to the same screen again and again, with the same exact code. Then the other option 'Troubleshoot' when i select this it shows me 4 options however ONE is unable to be selected. 'Restart' 'Reset(factory defaults' 'Turn off' and 'Offline system update which is not allowing me to select. Tried each one of these multiple times with no result. I have followed all troubleshooting steps for resting none work. PLEASE ASSISST ME AS I CONSIDER GETTING A PS4 TO AVOID THESE PROBLEMS, JUST WANT TO PLAY MY GAMES WHICH I'VE SEPENT MONEY ON.

    I'm going to recommend you perform an offline update in attempt to bypass that error code. It is an system update error.
