System eroor : E102 and HDMI : XBOX ONE

I buy a new XBOX ONE, and I got "System error : E102" on my screen when I start it.

How can I repear my xbox ? I need to change my HDD or dissasemble my XBOX ? The HDMI also not working sametimes.

Hi Vitea,

If you have done an offline update and getting yet another error code it will be a repair. If you purchased this from someone, you can go to

device support to see if it in warranty still.

If it is brand new, and you have only just purchased it, then take it back to the shop were you got it from and ask for a replacement or your money back.
