System doesn't have the Armed Forces Pacific (AP) option available for selection as a state.

I am attempting to add a new credit card for a payment option since my previous ones have expired. However as I'm trying to add the billing address it doesn't give all the options for the state portion. I am active duty military stationed over seas and
so the city and state for my billing address is FPO, Armed Forces Pacific (AP). Because it doesn't have the option, it won't let me set a new form of payment. It wasn't always like this, seeing as the other cards I had before, as well as the one I have on
file as my primary now, has AP set as the state because it was available when I added it years ago. is this an error or something that's happening? Help would be appreciated.

Billing Information. Please Answer

So.. I want to add a credit card, but I'm from Guam. for city, I put "Dededo", I put my zip code, but Guam doesnt show on the "state" part. Guam is in the Pacific, so I decided to put, Armed Forces, Pacific. It tells me city, postal, AND state is invalid..
Does this mean Guam people are excluded from purchasing online?

Then try to add the credit card again.

Afb can be used bit it has to be enterred a certain way

Best to call support to have them manually add iit

Keep in mind this doesnt help with xbox 360 games

As your isp will more likely be a local one rather then military connections

Hello Josef,

My system is set up to purchase from the US region and my card is also a US card. When I try to input my billing address my zip code wont match as it belongs to the Armed Forces Europe, and the only options are Armed Forces Africa, America and Pacific. As such, I can't changes the contents regions as I don't have a European card.

I have tried to select the America, but then I get an error that my zip code doesn't match the "state".

Can you guys be less helpful? Armed forces America, Pacific, and Africa are already an option, literally just add Europe. This doesn’t affect region because 1) Its a billing address and 2) The whole point of putting Armed Forces Europe instead of Italy,
for example, is because its an address in the states that ships to our respective bases. Fix this issue and please know more about what you’re talking about. Its hard to believe you guys actually get payed to be so useless.
