syncronizing apps and previous prize history

I do one more test. I let loading Prize History for long time (2-3 hours), and when I come back, the history is on screen. So prize history only loads very slow. My internet connection is fast (20 MB/s).

Mine crashed entirely. I did go ahead and report it to the test team so they now know that it's an issue. Thanks for the update!

I updated to Windows 8.1 and my prize history was lost :/

As mentioned in your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/e2734b35-da93-4640-9bf1-d00bd9b6fd6f), there was a temporary issue with this prize that caused
us to disable it. When this issue was resolved, the prize was restored to the Vault page. We see that you did not redeem this prize, and we do not see that you spent any Gems on this prize. Since you did not purchase this prize, you did not receive a copy.
