    hey there folks. I have a Xbox one and I can’t play any game or use any app. It always says. Syncing and it never can sync. I’ve tried everything from just a simple reset to the hard factory reset and yet nothing works. HELP ME OUT!

    Do you have a Play and Charge cable to hand. Connecting a controller to a 360 with one will synch it up if even the button method does not work.

    My system worked fine on monday morning. I took my controller to my nephews house and synced it to his xbox360 as the # 2 player and it worked fine. The next night I manually turned my 360 on and tried to sync the same controller and nothing happened. I
    have done this before many times and I have never had a problems. I replaced the batteries, unplugged my 360 for a few minutes and tried again. NO LUCK....any advice?

    I downloaded Rock Band 4 but I can’t sync the guitar with the game, it only lets me sync a mic.

    controller won't sync with console (already tried new batteries) all lights flashing

    these are Microsoft controllers and I have been through the sync process with them and they will occasionally sync for a minute or two but not stay synced.

    Sync the Controller:
    To sync a wireless controller with your Xbox, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button on the controller to turn it on.
    Press and hold the small sync button on the front of the Xbox Series X console (located near the USB port).
    While holding the sync button on the console, press and hold the sync button on the controller (located on the top near the Xbox button).
    Release both sync buttons when the controller's Xbox button starts flashing. The controller should now be synced with the console.

    You have to sync your second controller, via the Xbox One's sync button on the left, and the controller's sync button on the top.
