Syncing my downloaded collections

Discus and support Syncing my downloaded collections in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I need some help. I know that you can sync your gold quantity on all of my devices but can i sync my downloaded jigsaw collections?? I have tried...     Syncing my downloaded collections


    I need some help.

    I know that you can sync your gold quantity on all of my devices but can i sync my downloaded

    jigsaw collections??

    I have tried to see if my downloaded jigsaw collections have actually been downloaded to my

    hard drive but could not find them anywhere on my hard drive.

    So it seems to me that there is no problems syncing your total gold from one device to another.

    But in regards to my downloaded jigsaw collections, if the device you are playing the game on

    breaks down and you play the game on another device then you lose all of the collections you

    had previously downloaded.

    Any help here would be most appreciated.

    I installed new computer, where are my downloaded microsoft jigsaw collections

    I installed a new computer but the xbox account does not display the jigsaw collections downloaded. On my new computer, I downloaded 2 collections but they do not appear in my collections either

    Downloaded music does not get added to cloud collection

    I am having the same issue of songs downloaded to phone are not showing up in my collection. I see this in the web UI as well, so my first question is if this is expected behavior and if it is how do I keep them in sync?

    Problem in trying to stream music, originally from Windows 8 PC, on a Xbox 360

    I did not download my music from Xbox Music though I did sync my music library, which was on my PC, onto the Xbox Music app on my PC. The music collection comes from CDs I have ripped onto my PC and they all have an mp3 format.

    Hi, I tried that too, downloaded the windows 8 phone app, couldn't sync music from Xbox music with it. you can only sync music from your media player library. (I also tried synching Xbox music collection to windows media player library but I couldn't get

    same problem here, I just upgrade to a new 1TB console and this is my reward so far the only games wont sync are halo master chief collection and tomb raider definitive edition the other sync normal and fast

    Why is the Xbox Music app re-downloading all my music?

    Mister Parks,

    Can you describe how you deleted just the Zune pass music and re-downloaded it? Was this done from you PC or from your phone?

    My issue with the phone is I have a very large collection and I just want to sync specific playlists? I don’t know how to even identify what songs need to be downloaded again?
