Syncing Error on Subnautica

Whenever I want to play Subnautica, the game will launch and then have me press MENU. When I do this, there is a pop-up saying "Syncing data for Subnautica..." This will go on for a little bit, and then it will say "We couldn't sync your data with the
cloud just now" and then gives me the options of try again or use offline. If I use offline, I can't access my save and would have to make a new one, which I don't want to do. The error code that pops up is (0x83860012). I have restarted my Xbox multiple times,
removed my account from my Xbox and re-added it, deleted and reinstalled Subnautica, and it still won't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Ryan,

Seems you have done quite a bit already in regards to this syncing issue with this game's cloud data. Let's try a hard power cycle and see if that helps. First go ahead and power cycle your modem and router for about 5 minutes and then plug them back in.
Then, go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a
soft factory reset.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.

Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have your account login information plus your WIFI password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the reset.

Try all of that out and let us know the results!

Please try deleting your locally saved data for the game by following the steps below;

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.

2. Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.

3. Select Manage game and add-ons.

4. Highlight Saved data, select your gamertag, and then select Clear local saved games or Delete from this console. This deletes games saved to your hard drive, but they’ll still be saved to the cloud.

If the issue persists, kindly try to refresh your operating system and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Note: Make sure that you know your account logins before doing this step. Also, this will remove all your Home Xbox associations.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.

3. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll select Reset and keep my games & apps.

I went to the Windows Store page and followed the links for the developer website. The forums seem to have a topic on sync issues that you might find helpful under consoles topic. It appears the Xbox version of Subnautica was just update in May, you can
find the link below. There is information in the forum thread to get in contact with the developers if you're still having issues with sync issues.

That still didn’t work , all other games sync fine but subnautica doesn’t
