"Syncing Data" Pop-Up Not Showing On Dead Island 2

I've Already Tried All Those Options But Still Nothing. I Don't Get An Error Code Or Nothing The Syncing Data Screen Doesn't Pop Up On The Game. My Achievements Are All Still There But Not My Data/ Saved Game
