Might as well quit Xbox and go to Nintendo or PlayStation

or maybe I will connect my controller to my smart TV and play from there

We may need to perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

No matter what game I try to play it will say "syncing data for (insert game here) and then it will either try to sync forever or finally say "we couldn't get your last saved data." Is any one else having these issues? I saw former posts about how this
happened when Xbox was having server issues but it says all the servers are up and running. Please help!

My Microsoft name used to be Ibraheemhaq01 now Microsoft has given me a new one and I have lost all of worlds and other data which I can’t get back unless I get my old Microsoft account. I have inserted the right details aswell. This is on my nintendo
