Syncing and game accessibility

Gameplay issues such as accessing and syncing in-game contents may occur due to different factors that we have to consider. We need to answer the following questions to properly isolate your concern:

• Are you accessing Gears of War 4 on a Windows 10 computer or an Xbox One console?
• Do you have the physical copy or the digital version of the game?
• Are you getting any error messages?
• Are you experiencing issues with accessing and syncing in-game contents on other games as well?

Same issue, since the latest update my friends list is frozen, and I cant access my synced saved games. (preview update)

You can't access cloud storage directly. If you want to delete the game from it, delete it locally and let things sync - that might work.

That is not applicable with a trial version. The new fully purchased game will not access anything from the trial version. You can only sync your progress after purchase of the game.

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns the cloud saved data for Minecraft not syncing properly.

If you have played the same world that you're trying to access on another console, you could launch Minecraft and the cloud save would overwrite the current save therefore restoring the world.

Unfortunately, if you have not accessed this world on another console, then the world would not be recoverable.
