synchronization problem between my xbox and windows 10

The problem appeared after I synchronized Windows 10 and the console, in the application xbox on Windows, all the pictures and avatar are replaced with the logo from fortnite and the same on the console, the reboot did not help = (

Hello, I have a problem with the saves of ARK. When I play on Xbox I have access to all my local saves but when I run Ark on Windows 10 There is nothing, I have no structures on the map, the game resets itself at each launch...

Yet when I restart the game on Xbox I can resume my progression.

Microsoft mahjong and solitaire are synchronizing normally. I do not have an Xbox, but play these games on my Windows 10 PC. I have tried most of the fixes listed but many do not apply.

It could be an issue with data synchronization between your phone and Microsoft account servers since it seems to be specific to your account. Do you happen to have the Xbox app for Windows 10 or do you not own a Windows 10 PC? If you do, can you try signing
in there and see what happens?

I have a 5 year old iPhone 6 and have experienced app crashes before but it's always temporary. Have you rebooted your phone and attempted the troubleshooting again?

Concerning the problem of the screen going black, it was due to some sort of conflict between Xbox video settings and TV game mode (which was automatically enabled at ANY game startup). I fixed it by adjusting the frame rate/synchronization options in both.

Concerning the headset problem, I have been avoiding to plug or to unplug my headset during the game course (in this case, SPECIFICALLY for Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition) in order to avoid the possibility of game crash and consequent progress loss.
