synchronization issues

Ive got jigsaw app on 2 separate devices, my surface pro 4 and an all in one pc. For several months now I can't get my devices to synchronize. My other apps ie solitaire mahjong synchronize without any problems, this is just happening with the jigsaw app.
I also have issues with the monthly challenges with the app crashing. This is getting me down. Why is this happening?

Did you enter the error code exactly as it appears because entering it on
http://support.xbox.com/en-us/error-code-lookup gives me Xbox360 troubleshooting info

Hi, finaly i tried another day and now everythink works good. Synhronization is completed.

I general i reset my router, xbox , pc and did that next day. Thanks for suggention
