Sync issues with NFL Game Pass app.

Not sure if I'm in the right place...

I've looked and can't find anyone else with the same issue.

I have Xbox One S, and NFL Game Pass.

On the last two weeks' games the sound is completely out of sync. After counting, the current game I'm trying to watch is literally 8 seconds out.

* The sync issue occurs on both my projector and my TV.

* Other games, Netflix, Amazon, every other app seems to work fine.

* Whether it's a full game broadcast, or the condensed game it's still out of sync.

* Game Pass on my mobile doesn't have any issues, but I didn't pay £85 to watch football on a 5" screen.

* NFL's support told me to contact Microsoft.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Help: NFL app does not have game pass

I have the NFL app on my XBOX 360. I used the app last year with great success to watch game rebroadcasts. I renewed my NFL.com subscription and now the NFL app does not appear to have game pass, fantasy football is the only option. What is up? Is it
coming later?

To make sure that I had the latest, I deleted the app and re-downloaded. Still no game pass signup. Is anyone else seeing game pass on the NFL app for Xbox 360?

NFL Gamepass Australian Content

My NFL Gamepass app is currently telling me that it cant play content in my region. What gives? When will this be fixed?

I contacted NFL Gamepass and they told me Microsoft are in charge of the app.

"Unfortunately we are unable to troubleshoot NFL Game Pass issues related to Xbox as it is supported directly by Microsoft. "

Hi!

I'm having your same problem and i've the Xbox One not the S version. I tried your same steps, contacting NFL support who told me to contact Microsoft who couldn't solve the problem and told me that probably it's an NFL problem.

I'l try writing again to NFL support and let you know if they tell me something new or simply solve the issue.

The app this year is just called NFL. It states you can access Game Pass right on there.

I'm on mexico and im having the exact same problem. There is no new NFL or Game Pass app on the Microsoft Store

No, I was trying to watch a preseason NFL game. The NFL app is meant to allow you to watch games if you've purchased Game Pass through NFL.com. I did that, and can stream the service on my laptop but when I try to use the app on my Xbox One it gives me the
error I mentioned in my original post. If you check the comments for the app in the Xbox Marketplace there's a ton of people having the same problem, and no one seems to have a solution. The Game Pass is $100 and a big reason I got it was to be able to watch
it on my TV which is what this app is supposed to do.

Try deleting the app, hard resetting your console and then re-installing. Sometimes that might trigger it.

If that doesn't work, it's an account issue with NFL.com and you would need to contact them.

Thanks. I tried that, didn't help still showing the same error. When I contacted NFL they directed me to Microsoft. They said issues with the App would be through Microsoft, the NFL's product (Game Pass) is working since I tried it on my laptop and didn't
have a problem. It's only not working when I try to do it through the Xbox app. I spoke with Xbox customer service and they had me delete and reset both the app and my profile and nothing changed. The rep from Xbox customer service directed me here after that.
It doesn't seem like I'm the only one having the issue based on the comments on the app in the marketplace but I haven't found a solution yet.
