    I just bought and brand new phantom white synced worked fine updated through windows and synced also on Xbox beta for pc which I also use a m. My phantom is still in its box looking Hella. Fresh it 70$ preview,builds.on both pc and Xbox.. And yet I report major errors as so but no invite to alpha ring still?? Gamer tag d3p5 xbox ambassador?? Let me know about alpha test and this is a problem in preview build online with the latest model controllers in which is having problems after being synced with pcs.. There needs to be a xbox update implanted I to the priewbuild excuclsive for Xbox insider and Microsoft preview build alpha rings.... I enjoy testing and reporting yet I feel my diagnosis may be over looked if anyone needs builds on pc counter models and we need an update for pc drivers for current builds running windows and Xbox previews because there generic drivers I stalled nothing found in New updated in WI ndows device manager.. I looked to update the driver software to see if the case may be since it worked then pc updated and Xbox updated the two become more compatible in many ways but very small things as so can be overlooked Dm on here Xbox gamer tag D3p5

    You mention beta, is this the PC game pass or are you part of the Xbox Insider Preview program on console?

    I can't leave beta

    Use Xbox Insider Hub. It allows you to manage many Betas and previews, and will probably solve your issue.

    I'm sorry to see any message syncing issues! Since this is happening both on the console and the beta app, be sure to report these through both of those resources since you are in the Alpha ring of the Insider Program. This will ensure that it's sent to
    the right people to investigate.

    Because you are in the Insider Program, your best bet in the future is always to report through the console and beta apps to have the right eyes on it. We are not equipped to handle these type of preview issues here on the regular Support forums. Thanks

    How to Leave the Beta
    1. On Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC, sign in with the account that registered for the Minecraft Beta and launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
    2. Navigate to Insider content > Minecraft (or Minecraft for Windows 10 on PC)
    3. Select Manage.
    4. Use the radio button to select Unenroll (Leave this preview), then select Done.
    5. Wait an additional 30-60 minutes after unenrollment completes (Pending no longer appears in the Xbox Insider Hub).
    6. Uninstall and reinstall Minecraft.
