    wie kann ich die auf diesem Konto gespeicherte Windows Live ID von diesem Konto entfernen, damit ich die E-Mailadresse für einen anderen Gamertag nutzen kann?

    Sorry, but when you have created an Xbox Live Profile, you are able to delete it from your own console, but not from the Live Services.

    The inactive live accounts will be removed when Microsoft is trying to locate all inactive accounts. This may take several years.



    But I understand you want to switch an e-mailadress. The e-mail-adress that is now in use for the Account where you have posted this question with, you want to switch this e-mailadress to another account. Correct me when I'm wrong.

    We see that we are correctly tracking this gamertag. Please note that it can take 96 hours for us to process and receive new information, so if you only recently earned more gamerscore, it may take more time to update. Also, please note that we use your
    billing email for Xbox Live Rewards emails. If you would like to change this email, you may do so from your account page at (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses?ref=amcyourinfo#/).

    Xbox One S + One X ------- 1 Xbox-MS-Account with 2 different Gamertags / How can I login with my Gamertag?

    Thanks alot guys,

    As I said, if i try to log in on my One X with my Gamertag from the S a note pops up that says, that this Mailadress / Account is already being used on this One X console.

    So I can't login on my X with my One S Gamertag.The problem is, that I really have only one Mailadress for both Consoles / Gamertags.

    I know it sounds strange, but its definitely the same adress.

    If I log in at my MS-Account on my PC with this Mailadress and Password both Consoles are listed.

    But i have only one Password for this Account.

    Very weird......

    YOu needed to signing with your same gamertag. Dont start new game should have synced old. If you start a new game though that previous sync is gone.
