sync button broken on my controller, can i still connect wirelessly?

Everytime i press the button to sync the controller the xbox sign dont blink and when i tried it with the wire it also didnt work

You should be able to sync the controller with your Xbox using a cable.

You can use Xbox One Wireless Controller Adapter to re-pair the device it does work. If the controller dies you will have to re-do it over again.

I've had that happen before. Try turning the console off, pair your controller with it by plugging the controller into the console via a USB cable, and then turn the console on. When I did this, as soon as the console booted up, I was able to instantly use
the controller without needing to do anything else and I unplugged the USB cable and had no problems after that.
