Synapse problem

According to the app developer (is not Microsoft) the Razer Synapse app is available only for Windows devices.

“Note: Razer Synapse 3 is only compatible with Windows 10 64-bit or Windows 11.”

They used to have an app for Xbox, but it seems that they discontinued it because the “install” option is not available and by checking the published apps by Razor this specific app doesn't appear.

Unfortunately, this means the app can't be downloaded on Xbox.

However, you can always contact Razer support for further assistance in configuring your devices.

The problem was that the refresh rate in razer synapse under system performance needed to be at to 60hz.

You would have to contact Razer for creating Synapse Support for their Ornata Chroma keyboard.

Microsoft has no rights to create a Synapse App, as Razer owns the rights to that.
