Syfy app not in marketplace

I noticed my syfy and youtube apps were not working. I also do not use them frequently so not sure how long they were not functioning. selecting them brought up the details screen. i was able to reload youtube, but the syfy app is not available in the marketplace..
Chat support walked me thru the process to reload it before they too, realized it was not available in the marketplace. The app staus page lists it as up and running.

the UI is easier navigated by voice commands... None of this go home, open apps direct to SyFy App, click it... Xbox go to Syfy.. SO MUCH EASIER

Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for?

 

I live in the US and don't know how to check which country my gamertag set for

 

I have the same issue. Region is not a factor. The app was working fine for me just a couple of months ago.

 

If the app is not showing in the marketplace then I'm not entirely sure what's happening with it. What you should do is send a message to @xboxsupport on Twitter to see if they know what's happening.

 

I think I know what the problem is. The ultimate parent company of SyFy is Comast since they bought NBC Universal. My ISP is Comcast and I have issues with HBO Go like everyone else with Comcast. It explains why XBox Support won't address this problem.

 

I don't think it is a Comcast Issue. I'm with FIOS and I can't find the app in the marketplace either.
