Syberia 3 question. Need help!

OK so I bought Syberia 3 for Xbox one. I already wish that I had not. In the first place you find yourself, you must repair a call button to get out of the room. The solution is simple - there is a knife on a table which you must pick up (no problem, I did
that), then use that knife on the screw holding the cover onto the buzzer. I figured out how to get the knife in my hands but when it is actually positioned in the screws's slot, I cannot get the dern thing to turn. I tried every button on my controller. Please
help.

Syberia releasing on Xbox 360!

Maybe during the holidays Syberia and Syberia II might be on sale. Syberia III is slowly being developed so you still have some time to wait

 

Only thing I can recommend is going to youtube and looking at videos. It kind of ruins the game but for people like me it was the only way I could progress in the first Syberia.
