Switching to delta - risks and implications

I have used all my switches and need an extra so I went to the agent for help he said I need to contact the rangers for help because I am registerd for the delta preview thing so I need an extra switch for MY HOME XBOX

I 100% agree I want a new protagonist and new story arch to follow. Epic has done an amazing job of creating the world of Sera that they have a ton of options with the next Gears of War. But how much can they change without risking losing the core feeling

Thanks for reaching out to the forums with this question. In regards to gaining any additional switches, the only way to do so is via the Xbox Assist survey that you are offered after you receive the message that you have run out of switches.
If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select
Help when you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

I do regret that you have been misinformed by the agent you spoke to in this case as there is no longer a way for anyone in support or here on the forums who can give you any additional home console switches. For further information, you can refer to our
