Switching purschased game to game code

there no more credist on the microsoft store, or maybe you are trying to purschase something on a game, if that's the case let us know which game is it

I made a purschase for Minecraft Java and still have not received the redeem code after 24 hours. What went wrong?

You wouldn't get a redeem code. The game purchase would simply be applied to whatever account you were signed into at the time of purchase.

with your Microsoft account. Be sure to sign in from the account used to make the purchase. If you have multiple accounts, you can check
the purchase history on each to find the charge and order number.

Enter the name of the product for which you’d like a refund.

Your name and the email address associated with your account will be auto-filled after you sign in. If you have a preferred contact email address, it can be updated on the form.

Im with mine Xbox online. Game deleted. Bought game on 2-nov. Played 30min!!!

Still cant1 ask for refund!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Since you would like a refund for the purchase, you would need to fill out the webform to request one. I'm not sure what difficulties you are experiencing, but if you may wish to clear the caches/cookies from your web browser
