switching game pass accounts on x box series s

Hello All,

I was hoping you could help me with a sign in issue we're having with our X box latest gen that we have had x box live accounts in the past on. My question is how to get the console to recognize an already established subscription on another signed in Outlook account that is the master X box account. The old one is a Hotmail account, both microsoft, I realize, but the console won't allow us to recognize the newer account. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and whether anyone was able to find a workaround?

Any help would be appreciated.

an account can only be the main one on one xbox at a time, if you have both xboxes and the account is on both, it will only work on one, and the subscription will only work if it is the main one.

confirm that the subscription is active:

Perfect Dark is still available, however it looks like they have switched over to the Game Pass/Xbox One/ Series X/S format.

Will this also work for X-Box Series S? It says "Buy it for X-Box 360" on the link.

Spencer said all generations of games will work on the Series S/X and Microsoft Studio games will be released on Game Pass day 1 for both the One and Series S/X. The Medium is not a Microsoft Studios title so the publishers/developers have decided to release
it for the Series S/X.
