Switching from Wireless to Wired?

Is there a way to switch from a wireless connection to a wired connection without doing a factory reset? Also, is there a way to play games or watch movies without a connection?

Buying new controller. Wired or Wireless? [Help]

I would suggest you get a wireless controller. It makes your life so much easier. You're not limited to a certain number of feet with a wireless controller. Also, with a wired controller there's always a chance of you tripping over it. I recently switched from wired to wireless and i'm loving every second of it.

 

Stereo Headset and Adapter Issues

Im having issues as well i have xo seven and ever since i plugged in that adapter my controller either freezes or stops working completely after switching from being plugged in to being wireless.

 

Yes just go into settings/network choose network settings and choose what you want to do, Also you will see while there you will see an option to go offline you can play most games that don't require you to be connected, Not sure about videos though you
can always try them to see if you can.

 

If you wire your console to the router, the Xbox One will automatically start using the wired connection with no need for any configuring from you. You can watch DVD's and Blu-rays offline and video files from external storage will also play offline. Movies
purchased from Live will require an internet connection though.
