I am currently using a turtle beach 800x elite and when it's charging I'm using a normal earphone to chat with my friends....     Switching between 800x elite and earphones


    Hi. I have a quick question? I am currently using a turtle beach 800x elite and when it's charging I'm using a normal earphone to chat with my friends. But, when I plug in my earphone after the use of 800x elite I can't hear or chat with party. Does anyone
    know how to fix this?

    volume on headsets to low on Xbox one

    The elite 800x are wireless so I'm not plugged into contoller at all.

    When you say normal Earphone could you tell us the exact make and model that you are using?

    Are you seeing the same issues on any controller and with any other headsets you try after using the Turtle Beach headset?
