Our suggestion here, it would be best to seek the assistance of Nintendo Support, as this may be better handled with the team that supports

You can try calling support, but generally nothing can be transferred between accounts.

Do switches work on time of day as well as number of days? ie if you last switched at 10pm 365 days ago, then your switches wouldn't reappear till 10pm?

If you have waited 365 days to get a new switch but still facing issues, we'd recommend trying some basic troubleshooting steps such as Removing your account and adding it back to your console. However, if the issue persist, please try preforming a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting the following:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. This will refresh the system and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Note: Please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Customer support can’t offer additional switches. If you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and need assistance, select ''Help'' when you see the message ''Can’t make this your home Xbox''. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

If the system showed that in October you would receive the 5 switches again and you don't have any more, someone may be using your account, I recommend that you change the password and enable security features like 2-factor authentication.
