The game doesn't support cross saves. So you would have to start again if you play on a different platform.

So I reccently switched over from xbox to PC and I would like to reqeust a refund for modern warfare that I bought about 2 years ago because I would like to get in on my pc so I didnt have to spent another 100 dollars again on the game

Unfortunately your chances of getting a refund on a game you purchased 2 years ago are practically zero.

Refunds are generally only given on games that you have owned for less than 2 weeks and only played for less than 2 hours so you're WAYYYY off the 2 week mark.

Unfortunately no. You would have to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 in order to play it on the PC.
