    Switch/PC Marketplace Issue


    I normally play on PC while my daughter plays on the Switch. One time I decided to play on the Switch so I logged in on it with my Xbox account so I had access to my minecoins, textures, and skins. I was on for about 5 minutes then logged out due to dealing
    with another child. I didn't log back in on the Switch. After that, I have been logging in on my PC. My daughter went to play yesterday so I logged in on her account for her on the Switch. We were playing fine until I logged out to take care of a different
    child. My daughter still played (on a realm I purchased). While I was sitting on the main screen with my realm listed, my character skin and texture pack disappeared. I went into the Marketplace and it showed that I didn't have my texture packs or my skins
    anymore (I should have the realms plus ones as well). All of them were gone from my account. Come to find out, they somehow ended up on my daughters account (including my minecoins). How can I get all of my Marketplace stuff back to my account? I have tried
    contacting Xbox and they said that I need to get a hold of Mojang. Mojang never answers their emails and they have no phone number. Can anyone help me get this corrected?

    There shouldn't be any issues, you'd just have to switch the consoles location to the UK to access the UK's marketplace.

    In Minecraft Bedrock for PC, some purchases made on another platform are not syncing as others normally do. It says "Failed to load character 1. You can reload from Profile."

    My device has 8GB of RAM. This is significantly more than what seems to be required to load content packs.

    Additionally, whenever I check the offending content packs in the Marketplace on PC, it prompts me to purchase them again- despite the fact that they SHOULD be listed as already purchased, as they were purchased and downloaded on a different platform. Only certain Marketplace content is afflicted with this issue, and others sync fine. I suspect there is some sort of error relating to the fact the afflicted content displays as "Owned (P)" on the Switch version of Bedrock.

    I FOUND THE ISSUE. On the back of the usb optical input. There’s a little switch allowing you to select between PC or Console. Mine was on PC, as soon as I switched it to Console it worked!!!

    Perhaps that would be the reason you are having issues activating the game even though it is supported. What I would recommend is contacting phone support for more assistance with this issue.

    How do I add buy Minecoins for my switch using my microsoft account

    If you used Microsoft balance the best option is view and access to the coins is opening the game on Xbox console
    Once opened you can purchase the desired thing in the marketplace
    And only after that you are going to be able to see the item purchased in the marketplace in your Nintendo Switch ready to be downloaded

    But before that the minecoins are not going to appear in the Switch.
    The same happens if you purchase minecoins on switch and then you access to a different platform without purchasing the content itself in the marketplace
