Swing through Wild Kingdom

I have completed three out of four on swing through wild kingdom, I logged into my xbox live account for well over 10 days, since i haven't failed to log into my account for over 55 straight days, and on the rewards page it always showed 0/10. I reported
this to microsoft support several times and got ticket numbers, was never able to go on to moon gate, never got my 500 points. Did anyone else have this problem? Now on my earn page, the swing through wild kingdom is gone. What is the deal with this? Did
anyone else have the experience this same problem that I did. What I am wondering if there was a problem with this, they shouldn't have launched this before working out all the bugs first.

I told my girlfriend to set up a rewards account because I am getting her an xbox for christmas. Funny enough, since she doesn't have a console to claim the points crusader app, just clicking on the link checked it off. I've however been trying to do this
for the last 4 days and I cannot claim it. :/

I've tried every possible combination of steps to tick the box, but for a number of people, it's straight up broken. Microsoft and the "Bing" team are either too incompetent or just don't actually care to fix the very simple redirect issues.

I started having issues yesterday completing the daily quizes on my PC (the browser would freeze or just stop being interactive), so I'm going with the incompetent possibility.

I had this problem as well, with 2 of the 4 not updating. I am not sure if MS has a planned fix, but something is most definitely not working right with it.

 

I received an email from microsoft stating that you had to sign into the xbox live through a xbox not on a computer in order to complete the task and move on to moon gate. I didn't see anywhere on the rewards page that stated you had to sign in and out
through an xbox. That is what they told me as to why I couldn't complete the task and move on to moon gate.

 

Glad you were able to get a response. They did extend the time frame of the mission by 5 extra days if you still can try to complete it.
