Swing through Wild Kingdom - Microsoft Rewards

I am unable to complete the offer where it says to 'claim the points crusader offer on your xbox app dashboard'. I click it and nothing happens. I already have the redeem and points completed.

I had this problem as well, with 2 of the 4 not updating. I am not sure if MS has a planned fix, but something is most definitely not working right with it.

I received an email from microsoft stating that you had to sign into the xbox live through a xbox not on a computer in order to complete the task and move on to moon gate. I didn't see anywhere on the rewards page that stated you had to sign in and out
through an xbox. That is what they told me as to why I couldn't complete the task and move on to moon gate.

 

I also have this issue, along with not having credit for the free sweepstakes entry. I have the entry verification in my email, but it did not get counted in the punch card.

I think "Swing through Wild Kingdom - Microsoft Rewards" is a load of crap.

I don't play games unless they are free, and if they are supply a link if you want me to play your stupid game. Otherwise I'm taking my ball and going home.

 

I do not understand (Swing though Wild Kingdom and what I/we are supposed to do to complete the task of "Log into Xbox Live (Log into your Xbox Live account for 10 days) " nor do I see any indication of receiving credit for logging into Xbox Live ie some
sort of countdown clock or task completion notice for logging into Xbox live each day. When I open the link of the email sent to me and click on any of the buttons it just sends me back to the rewards dashboard. Additionally can no documentation for this
program other than the scant information on Points Crusader

 

When was the last time you contacted them? They're a joke. I've talked to two of them now for this very problem, and neither of them understand the nature of the offer. One wanted screenshots of what happened when I attempted to claim the offer. Not possible
to take a picture of something that no longer exists on my account. Points Crusader disappeared from my available offers, so it is impossible to screenshot OR redeem the offer. The next genius to respond tried to tell me to claim the Points Crusader offer
I have to log in to Xbox Live 10 days. That's completely wrong according to the offer when it existed on my account, all it required to claim it was clicking on it. Of course I can't go read it now, since it no longer exists on my account.

 

I have contacted customer support and was told to uninstall and reinstall "Rewards App" I uninstalled and reinstalled both the "Microsoft Rewards App" and the "Xbox Live App" and Xbox Dashboard App" all to no avail. I have replied and am waiting for a
reply but seeing the number of people on this and other forums having trouble with Swing thought the Kingdom it appears to me that the program was not beta tested thoroughly and in general the documentation for it is very poor

 

I think I read in a similar thread that it’s a known issue and a fix is on the way. I noticed a rewards app update today but it didn’t fix the issue for me.

 

If this is a known problem/trouble then how come an e-mail notice has not been sent out or posted on the
Microsoft Rewards page. Most IT / Telecom companies post CSR's (Customer Service Repots) TSB's (Technical Service Bulletins) if known problems have been reported and being worked on to resolve the Trouble.

 

The way I was able to get it to register is I went to the rewards app right on the xbox, Highlighted the one that I was trying to get to register. Log in online from there after a couple of tries doing this I was able to get the check marks. I'm just
waiting for the 10 days one now.

 

I also have completed all but the “Ten(10) log-on” in the “Swing Through the Kingdom” Microsoft Rewards / Xbox Rewards points reward. My question / concern and it appears other people’s concern is in nowhere in the Microsoft Rewards dashboard page,
Xbox Rewards dashboard page, or “Swing Through The Kingdom” page is there an indicator to show the person participating in this reward is how many days of the “X of 10 Day’s” have I been credited with completing. In the past when Microsoft Rewards has had
rewards that required you to log into a particular page for a given number of days there has been an countdown indicator (such as 6 of 10 day). A easy to see example would be something similar to the Daily Rewards streak counter. After all without a indicator
of some kind how does anyone participating in this rewards offer know if they are accomplishing the task correctly especially with the generally poor documentation that has accompanied the “Swing Through The Kingdom” rewards points offer.

 

So we are forced to use the clunky IE App from XBox to log in again to our LIVE account, even though we are already logged into our XBox Live account?

 

Still havn’t figured out a way to make this one work.
