Sweepstakes sent to the wrong address? Is my reward lost forever?

Hello everyone. I've been in and out of the Xbox live rewards program for the past year or so and I used to enter sweepstakes all the time. I never checked back to see if I won anything ever because I was used to always losing, I came back earlier today
and found that I had won a surface pro laptop back around mid this year and that it was sent off to a different state where I used to live as when I set my new address for my Microsoft account, it somehow set itself as my secondary billing address and kept
my primary address as my old location. I have a few questions: 1. Is it possible to get it back? 2. If not, is there some way I could get Microsoft to send another one up to my new correct address that I have set as my primary address because of the errors
that caused me not to get my sweepstakes reward? Or is my surface pro that I could've had now lost forever?

It's not that I don't have access to the account itself but the email associated with it. From my understanding you would claim your rewards from sweepstakes through email and I may be wrong about that but wouldn't that mean I have no way of claiming it if it is sent through my email?

Usually a sweepstakes take a bit to announce the winners

Or what do you mean by "my rewards points gone forever or will there be a draw"?

Microsoft Rewards points needed for Sweepstakes Entry:

200 Microsoft Rewards points = 1 Sweepstakes entry. 500 Microsoft Rewards points = 5 Sweepstakes entries. 1000 Microsoft Rewards points = 25 Sweepstakes entries.

How do you know if you won a Microsoft sweepstake?

When does Microsoft usually notify the winners directly? You'll be notified before Winners are Posted on the Recent Sweepstakes Winner's page. On each sweepstakes entry page, there's a link to the terms and conditions for the sweepstakes, including how and when winners will be notified.

But that feature still not available, but I agree with you, it would be very nice haha
