Swapping digital game from old one to new S

that symbol means that you don't have the rights to the game digitally

I have done this but for some reason the games come with a little symbol that's a triangle with an ! In it so I delete it and re download it and it still does the same thing

all you have to do is login with your existing account and you'll have access to all of your games you have purchased and your subscriptions

Thanks for answering by the way and All of my games are digital except 1 which is for the 360 and I know I can't play that on the s cause of having no disc reader so i tried deleting that and transferring and it still didnt work. I do believe I'm set as home Xbox on old system..so I should switch my home to my new system and maybe that will help and if so should I delete everything before making it my home and then redownload it or just leave as is?

You would only need to do this if you purchase the All digital Xbox One S that has no disc drive. If you purchase an Xbox One S or X with a disc drive they can still be used there. But there is no way to convert disc games to digital versions.

Is there any way for me to exchange the games from disc to digital?

If they cost the same price, could I not bring the disc somewhere and be able to swap it out for a digital version of the game?
