Suspensions Reset?

Discus and support Suspensions Reset? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I have now been suspended twice. I have been told that three times and it is over for my account. Is that true?     So I have now been suspended twice. I have been told that three times and it is over for my account. Is that true? Or does that three strike system reset yearly? I am sure that many other people are worried about a permanent ban and they and I would like
    to know how lightly we have to tread online. So if you have an answer let us know so that the public and I should know whether or not to worry.

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

    There's no set number of times you can be suspended before being permanently banned. It could happen the first time you're caught or 10th time. It all depends on the severity of the situation and how many enforcement actions you've had. Suspensions never

    A guy unlocked several achievements for me with a mod in a public game of black ops 2 at the same time. that can be bad? I didn't ask for it

    It can cause you to get a gamerscore reset or a possible suspension.

    If there was a date then it was only a temporary suspension, not permanent. The information about your suspension shares information about temporary and permanent suspension impact by default. You can no longer submit a case review because the suspension
    is over. If you're still having issues communicating, try hard resetting your console.

    I have done the hard reset and it didn't work, and I checked the enforcement page already and it didn't list any new suspensions or anything of the sort, only past suspensions.

    If your stats and rank in a Call of Duty title have been reset, please check to see if your progress in any other game is showing a similar issue. If it's not, and if you're only seeing this kind of reset in your Call of Duty game, you have received an in-game
    suspension/reset, and the issue must be taken up with the developer or publisher. The XBLPET is not involved in these suspensions/resets, so please make the best use of your time and go straight to the developer/publisher forums and website.

    No one on these forums can change those suspensions/resets. You will need to appeal to the developer/publisher, or play on a different Gamertag altogether, as those suspensions are permanent.
