Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

hi ive already been there and i want to know what evidence was used to make the decision, and the enforcement team avoided the question in the case review, so im hoping i can be helped on here

 

Enforcement team don't read these forums, Communication suspensions messages can be used to make an decision.

you did have the question and I quote "i would like to know why my account has been given a communication suspension?" it tells you why at that website. you should be mentioned or rephrased the question

 

seriously i was told that they have someone monitoring them thats why i posted here, seems like im being taken for a mug at the minute

 

Official support does, not the enforcement team. I doubt they will tell you how the decision was made. just maybe though. give them time to comment here
