    I don't think any one here on the forums can know the reason for your suspension as it stays with the enforcement team. Someone might have reported you. You can look at your reputation here Xbox Enforcement | Reputation and
    it will also show you the feedback you've received in the right section.

    the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
