SUSPENSION WONT END

I have gotten a double suspension and one was a 2 week one the other was 3 days. 2 and a half weeks later I was still suspended (September 3rd) and I am currently still suspended in that account even though it says I have no current suspensions and that
those suspensions wore off. I still cannot message people or talk in parties. Please help me. I did a factory reset, redownloaded the account, and still no fix. I got suspended for taunting someone in Trove and I am guessing he had his whole friends list to
report me because he never won me in the PvP Matches.

Should of been unbanned 11/02/12 but still not

A ban will be lifted at the same time it was enforced. so if you were suspended at 10pm the ban wont be lifted until 10pm on the day the suspension ends

Multiple suspensions will lead to a account ban,doesn't matter if 2 of the suspensions were 5 years ago,they still count against you.

You've had at least 4 suspensions that you've mentioned.You've already filed for a case review & the decision was upheld so that's the end of it.You wont be getting the account back.

You can continue to make posts if you like but the answers will always be the same.

Your suspension may have been extended. you would need to contact support to find out when you will be unsuspended, but they will not have any further information regarding the suspension. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

On my enforcement.xbox.com, it says my suspension has ended, so I don't think that's the problem. Also, on the abox every time I try to play multiplayer it says "Xbox support cannot assist in this situation. Learn more about this suspension at enforcement.xbox.com."
I don't understand what's going on.
