Suspension unjustified

my son has been suspended for 2 weeks as another child reported him for not joining a game. This seems ridiculous. Do they just suspend on the hearsay of others?? There is no way to contact them to revoke this suspension and their ridiculous questionnaire
doesn’t even allow one wrong answer now I can’t redo that for 24 hours. Why am I paying for him to go online when Xbox keep suspending him for incredibly minor things or hearsay from someone else!

I've been suspended now for the second time on xbox for calling someone out on a game for being a troll and ruining the game for my friends, they report me and now I'm suspended for 8 days, so now I get sent to the enforcement page and have to fill a questionnaire
out, the questions are simple but the answers are too vague and I get them wrong and now can't apply for another 24 hours, all I want to do is talk to someone directly and get this sorted but now I can't

 

Any information about his suspension would be listed on the enforcement site. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team an possibly have the suspension listed.

The enforcement team do not issues suspensions based on hearsay. They investigate every report they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine a person has done something to violate the code of conduct.

 

Hi, sorry to say but the Xbox Enforcement Team doesn't use or monitor these forums, and the only way to contact them directly is by doing a case review to appeal the suspension. I can provide you with a few links that may help with information:

I can't conjecture as to what might have triggered a particular suspension, but in general, the Enforcement Team is responsible for enforcement if an account is found to be in violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. Hearsay evidence would not be sufficient

Keep in mind that if your son did ANYTHING that violated the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct and was reported and when the enforcement team investigates the report and there was a violation that
is when the suspension is put onto the account.
