    I had the Permanent ban glitch a couple days ago. Now my xbox says its a suspension. I still have nothing on my enforcement page telling me how long or any option to live chat with anyone. Does a suspension message still mean you are perma banned? I haven't had any issues with mutes or text suspension since 1 year ago, and it was only one.

    Support have nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement so there's no point contacting them.

    It sounds like they've been trying to fix the notification system so they've changed the wording to a suspension (which is correct) instead of the permanent ban message that everyone was getting (which was incorrect). You were never permanently banned, the notification was just wrong.
