Suspension served yet still can't play online?

hello this is Armando ponce. I have recently been served my suspension for violating the terms of service. My suspension ended November 14 2017. However when I try to play it still says I'm suspended. When I loginto enforcement.com I have no current suspensions
therefore I cannot apply for a case review to contact the enforcement team. Is there anyone on this forum that can help me? I've waited very patiently for it to update yet there's no update on enforcement.com. I understand you're just doing your job suspending
me yet this seem so a little unfair. I've served my time. Please someone help

I have been suspended for harassment unjustly I served my suspension time but still can't talk to friends online why is this

Hello my account was suspended until the 29/09/14 and is still not yet active.

If you’re unsure why your suspension was extended, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of violation associated with each enforcement action

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries here on the Xbox Support forums. The primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page while signed-in. You also have the option to
check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact Us page to inquire if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.

If it's a communication suspension then you can still play online,you just can't communicate with anyone via chat/party chat/messages/skype etc.

Suspensions are lifted at approximately the same time of day that they were enforced. So if it was enforced at 11:30pm, then it would be lifted around 11:30pm on the 29th. It doesn't lift right when the day starts. You'll just have to keep trying.

it's not 50/50 unless you have a valid reason for violations the terms of use there is no ifs or buts aboutnit

Cursing is never valid No matter who starts the fight

And multiple violations stack meaning you have to serve the previous suspension and then other ones are issued after meaning it doesn't matter if you are careful after an communication suspension it could've been from weeks ago and the suspension wasn't
added till then

The best way to play online is to live life and play fair it is that simple
