Suspension review please

Hello my ign is and I am currently asking for a suspension review. Yes, I did say b-word. And I take full responsibility, but the guy who reported me said much worse. In the party chat he said things beyond b-word and his "name" or where
his name is supposed to be is making fun of make a wish kids. Now I know i might be on the younger side and that this post doesn't really mean much, but I need party and messages. I am always in a party and I kind of need it. So could you please review my
communication suspension please? Thank you

Xbox really are old-fashioned, aren't they? Imagine making the sharing of accounts with a family member against the rules! You'd think Xbox would treat their loyal customers better. So soft nowadays, I never remember Xbox being so harsh back in the Xbox
360 days. Also, may I add - I was directed here by support staff. So, you're now pretty much telling me Xbox aren't even able to tell me accurate information? It just gets better and better. I bet Sony don't treat their customers so badly. But, I get it.
You're an ambassador, so anything you say is by the old-fashioned and unfair book. Kudos to Xbox, awesome company.

A 24 hrs suspension cannot be reviewed for the simple reason that there is not enough time for that. The chat agent clearly explained you the situation and empathized you through all the conversation. My suggestion would be for you to use this time and get
to know better the Code of Conduct to avoid future bans of a more severe nature: http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/legal/codeofconduct

You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. It also doesn't matter how the situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates
the code of conduct, you can be suspended. In situations like that, it's best to just report and block instead of responding.
