Minutes ago i was playing and one dude started to annoy everyone on the match, and when i asked him why, he just said "y not?". I reported him and he continued sending me mesagges, and i kept reporting him and he began to send me mesagges like "YoU DonT
KnoW HoW To SPelL, 2 YeaR OLd KiD" and that kind of stuff, but when he reported me, i instantly got a suspension, and i was the afected there, not him. His Xbox (without the lines, obviously. i did that because the name was censored), if you want to check
it Xbox.

Plus, it send me 3 mesagges, 3 [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] MESAGGES IN LESS THAT A MINUTE AND HE KEPT SENDING ME MESAGGES WHEN I COULDNT DO NOTHING

And what if it says "not eliglible"?? i cant do nothing and just stay still while he reports me and my reputation gets damaged??

Just an FYI, the suspension needs to be over 24 hours in order to be eligible for a Case Review.

Who can submit a Case Review?

Any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's Enforcement
History, provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

You may only request a review of your own active enforcement actions, and must be signed in to the account that received the enforcement (or signed in to the parent account if a child account was suspended).
Prior to submitting a Case Review, you may be prompted to complete a short questionnaire designed to gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct. Failure to pass this questionnaire will temporarily prevent you from submitting a review, during which time
we recommend familiarizing oneself with the Code of Conduct.

when you find that kind of person it is better to report them and then block them so that they stop sending messages or bothering

Enforcement use to let you know if they took action against a report you reported but now they don't so you don't know if they took action against the person you reported.

Actually they've never done that. Occasionally you may receive a "thank message", but it is extremely rare and won't mention who they took action on, when, or how.

For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team do not use the forums.
Since you did report the other player, they will investigate them as well and take the appropriate action. Not all suspensions are issued immediately. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them instead
of responding.
