Suspension Query

I, like a few others I have heard about, have received suspensions for screenwriting and taking DVR of Metropolis: lux obscura. Ok, I understand my suspension for the display of nudity etc and thus the suspension from uploading screenshots and clips to Xbox
live.

However, I have also received a comms ban. Can speak in game, parties nor send messages. There is no mention of this in my suspension notices.

Moreover, when appealing, the 12 question questionnaire fails me on questions that dont appear in to CoC. Such as "is having a purple avatars bad? No? Well actually it is apparently because someone must have hacked.

Anyway I am here and was hoping someone could maybe switch my chat back on as you'l be able to see my messages are all perfectly normal.

Xbox live Suspension Query

Microsoft xboxlive account suspended. Did case review, which was upheld for 'cheating', but no clue as to what that really means. Is there any way to find out more specific details, as am concerned that not knowing what this 'cheating' refers to may lead to it happening again, and a permanent ban.

(Note. Haven't used any mods, or been on any modded lobbies).

Here from the Xbox Forums, no one is able to ban/unban or anything of that nature. The XBLPET don't use these forums. The only way to contact them is kind of weirdly only after you get banned. There are many Q and A here and may answer your question: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

From the contents that you view once logging in at the enforcement site, as you posted them in your first post, you can clearly see the link to apply for a case review. Just follow the information in the link I provided you.

I have no idea how to do that as it doesn't give me the option to ask for a case review as this is an xbox 360. Neither I or my daughter have any idea how to modify or fiddle with the account and according to the Help Desk there is nothing wrong with her
account and even they agree a 14 year old wouldn't know how to do this. It's ridiculous that you cannot get in contact with anyone from Enforcement Dept. Help Desk did refund my monthly payment back to me though!

It is clear that the account has been banned for modification or tampering both actions punished by the Microsoft Services Agreement signed by the user in the moment of the registration to the service. The only thing you can do now is apply for a case review
as described in the enforcement page here:
